Kai medical recently embarked on the installation of oxygen gas pipeline distribution system for the Covid-19 Isolation center Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This would help the health facility boost its efforts in tackling the spread of the virus.
Due to the rising demand of oxygen therapy for all severe and critical Covid-19 patients across the country, The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital is currently updating its oxygen gas pipeline facilities by KAI Medical Allied Nig Ltd technical team.
With the installation of a central gas pipeline distribution system specifically built for this center, it eliminates the need of handling and transporting heavy duty cylinders between hospital wards. Through our newly improved oxygen gas installation system within patient areas through a piping connection of a sub-central manifold system (groups of cylinders linked in parallel), this enables oxygen piped to specific areas of the isolation facility.
